Light-diffusing triple insulating glass with optimized Ug-value

OKALUX K light-diffusing insulating glass offers numerous advantages: The capillary slab in the cavity allows for an even and shadow-free illumination with daylight deep into the room. The sun and glare-protection are very good, the heat insulation excellent and the transmission values individually adjustable to the requirements.

In comparison to the product variants OKALUX and OKALUX+, OKALUX K achieves an optimized Ug-value thanks to an intermediate pane and a functional layer in combination with a gas-filled cavity.

All technical values, such as light transmission, TSET and Ug-values can be varied by using other constructions and glass types.
The Ug-value for the various versions is dependent, among other things, on:
- the functional coating on surface ##2
- the outer cavity between panes (8, 10 or 12 mm)
- the filling gas in the cavity (Air/Argon/Krypton)
- the thickness of the capillary insert
TSET and light transmission depend on:
- the design of the light-scattering inserts
- the functional coating on surface #2
