Waves of glass

| Glas Trösch | Reference

Water has the unique ability to shape its surroundings and create serene spaces. The Neufeld public swimming pool in Bern is an aesthetic expression of this transformative power: a curved ceiling and generous expanses of glass enhance the undulating movement of the swimming area.

Designed by Armon Semadeni Architects, the project uses state-of-the-art glass products to maximize natural light and optimize energy efficiency.

We supplied SILVERSTAR EN2plus: it provides excellent thermal insulation and high light transmission, creating a bright and well-tempered interior and reducing the need for artificial lighting. Equipped with a film that creates a fogged look and installed in a very dimension, the Neufeld indoor swimming pool demonstrates the versatility of this glass product.
