Inspired by the Georgian terraces that once stood on this site until the 1970s, six buildings now adorn the site in a similar terraced arrangement. The building envelope made of differently colored zinc is particularly striking.
While the continuous façade towards the street side maintains privacy, the large windows to the south allow views of the backyard gardens. At this point, our insulating glass OKATECH with wire mesh insert ensures optimal daylighting of the interior, elegant design accents and some privacy.
