Expanding fabulous views

| Glas Trösch | Reference

The picturesque panorama restaurant Harder Kulm is towering over Interlaken for over 100 years.

The building, reminiscent of a fairy tale, was appropriately complemented by a building reminiscent of a treasure chest. The expansion was initiated due to the increasing number of guests at Harder Kulm, and after a design competition, the project by Bruegger Architekten was selected as the winning design.

The pavilion-like two-story annex, connected to the existing restaurant, offers 135 additional seats and boasts two panoramic facades, providing guests with stunning views of the majestic mountain trio to the south and the picturesque Gemmenalphorn to the north. Our triple insulating glass SILVERSTAR SELEKT 74/42 provides the sun protection and thermal insulation necessary at 1322 meters at any time of the year.

  • Building Type Hotel / Gastronomy Building
