The renovation and expansion by Staufer & Hasler Architects ensure that lifesavers will continue to receive optimal education.
For the “Bildungszentrum Blaulicht” located on the site, the architects developed a robust new building in concrete element construction. When approaching the building, our colourful printing of individual glass elements catches the eye, given the otherwise rather minimalist design of the outer shell as COLORPRINT FP and COLORPRINT CP on laminated safety glass.
The versatile, stainless steel building is structured on the horizontal plane by narrow, offset glass elements printed with coloured Morse code. This way, the trainees can immediately apply what they have learned indoors.
