Transparent discretion

| OKALUX | Reference

Developed by Schröder Architekten, the architectural concept for the Landessparkasse Delmenhorst strikes a balance between transparency and privacy: an ideal approach for a bank building.

The single-storey structure welcomes the public with expansive window fronts while ensuring discretion – thanks to OKAWOOD. This innovative insulating glass features wooden louvers between the panes, offering clear views from inside while shielding against unwanted outside glances and providing excellent solar shading. At night, the "LzO" logo integrated into the wooden louvres is illuminated by subtle backlighting, enhancing the building's sophisticated appearance.
