The fire-resistant glass with the highly efficient heat shield
The FIRESWISS FOAM fire-resistant glass not only protects from fire and smoke, but also offers effective protection from dangerous heat radiation for non-structural components.
In the event of a fire, the laminated glass with innovative thermal transformation (TTS) layers completely absorbs radiant heat, thus achieving fire protection class EI. In the further course of the process, the layers form a firm, tough foam sheet to which the fragments of the fire-side float plate adhere.

Specially designed for fire protection, FIRESWISS COOL laminated safety glass offers effective protection of the room from fire and smoke while reducing radiated heat on the side facing away from the fire. This class EW protective function permits the safe passage of escape routes in the event of a fire.

The thermally toughened FIRESWISS E single-pane safety glass combines reliable fire protection properties with maximum transparency.
As a class E fire-resistant glass, it offers increased thermal shock resistance and provides an effective barrier against smoke and flames over a certain period of time. This prevents the blaze from spreading to the side facing away from the fire.
