When the bike manufacturers SCOTT, who were originally based in the USA, expanded into the European market at the beginning of the 1990s, they found a suitable home in Western Switzerland. And the company has remained true to the tranquil town of Givisiez near Fribourg to this day.

The employees, who until recently had been working at five different locations, have now moved into an impressive new building. The headquarters that were planned by the architects from Itten+Brechbühl are designed for 600 employees and their convincing architectural idiom further strengthens the globally successful brand. Products from Glas Trösch that have been used in the façade, interior and roof also play their part in this.
