The tallest residential towers in Switzerland

| Glas Trösch | Reference

With their heights of 103, 109 and 113 metres, the Three Point towers in Dübendorf, Switzerland, not only redefine the local skyline, but also represent a significant achievement in the field of education with the country's first high-rise primary school.

The architectural concept of Three Point focuses on the well-being of the residents and turns away from the traditional brutalist high-rise designs and instead offers an organically shaped building envelope. Each flat has a balcony that is discreetly concealed behind the undulating façade of the building, offering a blend of privacy and openness.

Our part in this pioneering project: the SILVERSTAR EN2plus high-performance triple glazing with integrated laminated safety glass and thermal insulation. This glass solution maximises energy efficiency while offering the residents exceptional views.
