The attractive building is home to 70 employees who look after the interests of 12 regional associations and no less than 95,000 snow sports enthusiastic members. BauSpektrum AG designed the dynamic office building that perfectly reflects what winter sports it is all about.
If you look closely, the shape of the building resembles a carved ski – and the shining glass surfaces evoke ice and snow. XEAG X-Engineer Solution AG realized the mullion-transom façade for which our innovative triple insulating glass SILVERSTAR COMBI NEUTRAL 51/26 was used. The coating ensures comfortable temperatures, plenty of natural light and low energy costs all year round. In summer it effectively blocks the sun without compromising light, and in winter it provides excellent insulation with low U-values, effectively retaining heat in the room.
