Module playfulness

| OKALUX | Reference

Every child is different — but smart design can make room for every personality. With Berlin’s modular KITA buildings by Kersten Kopp Architekten, sustainable timber construction meets flexibility and speed.

Each project adapts to its surroundings, built from prefabricated wood modules that transform into bright, welcoming places for learning and play.

Four of these KITA buildings are already part of Berlin’s urban fabric — each one with its own colors, its own playful animal icon and its own story.

A hidden hero of these spaces: OKASOLAR S roof glazing. This intelligent glass system uses integrated louvres to filter direct sunlight, reduce heat gain, and channel soft, diffuse daylight deep into the building — creating a natural, comfortable atmosphere for young minds.
