Connecting people and the environment architecturally

| Glas Trösch | Reference

For the new visitor center of Rapunzel Naturkost, architects haascookzemmrich STUDIO2050 designed a building that can be experienced: With an exhibition area, a show coffee roastery, an organic bakery, gastronomy, an organic supermarket, and a yoga and cooking studio.

Following the philosophy of the natural food manufacturer, the architecture is also based on circular principles, such as the use of regional and energy-efficient building materials. While the wide roof overhang made of Swiss clay tiles ensures a pleasant room temperature without mechanical air conditioning in the summer months, our triple insulating glass SILVERSTAR EN2plus helps to optimize thermal insulation in winter.  As a color-neutral glass with low light reflection, a clear view is made possible - entirely in the spirit of architecture that connects with nature.

Rapunzel itself dedicates a section on its website to the glass used in the building: https://www.rapunzel.de/en/visitor-center.html
