The recently opened SWR Studio in Mannheim is a central media centre for the region. It is designed with a striking sculptural cubature that characterises a variety of interior and exterior spaces. The inviting entrance areas and the ‘city balcony’ with a view of the river create a seamless connection to the surrounding residential neighbourhood.

A distinctive characteristic of the building is its façade, which incorporates an advanced triple glazing system with SILVERSTAR COMBI Neutral and SILVERSTAR EN2plus coatings. This glass solution maximises the natural daylight inside the building while providing crucial solar control and thermal insulation.
