For the Child and Adult Protection Authority Biel, the Canton of Bern commissioned Akkurat Bauatelier to design the light-flooded, open and very flexibly usable rooms thanks to the column structure of the new rental property at Eckweg 8.

With our glass partition wall system SWISSDIVIDE ONE made of glasses over 4 meters high, they could organize the huge space without compromising the impressive room volume and the daylight supply. Minimal vertical joints and a slim door profile give the single-skin glass partition wall system a filigree appearance.
