Character through contrast

| Glas Trösch | Reference

The Havana residential tower in Almere doesn’t just offer 70 meters of height and panoramic views – it defines its surroundings with a distinct architectural rhythm.

The horizontal bronze-toned bands and champagne-colored panels give the façade depth and structure, while the slanted windows create ever-changing reflections of light and sky.

Designed by Klunder Architects and realized with Blitta Gevelsystemen, the charismatic façade enhances energy efficiency and sound insulation, key factors in high-density urban living.

The glazing plays a central role in this balance: Scheuten Glas supplied SILVERSTAR COMBI Neutral 61/32, a glass solution that lets in ample daylight while managing heat and glare, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate without compromising on the openness of the design.
